Shipping Policy:

We offer free shipping on orders over $100* and all subscription orders within the continental US.

  • Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of processing, but times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • You’ll have the option to select expedited shipping (e.g., UPS 2-day) at an additional charge for quicker delivery.

We want you to feel great about your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day Risk-Free Guarantee starting from the day your order is delivered. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, we’re here to make things right.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Place your order and begin your wellness journey with Loud Root.

  2. If you’re not happy with any product, simply reach out to our Customer Service Team at support@loudroot.com.

  3. We’ll help you start the return process quickly and easily.

*Please note: Limit one refund per product. If multiple products were ordered, unopened items must be returned for a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

We want your experience with Loud Root to be seamless, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Our general return policy covers all customers and is designed to make things simple:

  • Unused & Unopened Products: You may return any new, unused, and unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

  • If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days once we’ve received your returned item in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Purchases made with prepaid cards may be refunded as store credit.

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 5-7 days of delivery to report the issue. We’ll issue a replacement for defective or damaged items and may request a photo of the damaged product to help process the exchange.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Visit our Contact Us page or email support@loudroot.com to verify your product is eligible for return. Our team will provide all the details you need to proceed.

  2. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all parts, packaging materials, and instructions. Include a copy of the packing list or a note with your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Shipping: If your return is due to a defect, we’ll provide a prepaid return label. For non-defective returns, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive your return in satisfactory condition, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days, but it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment method.
